The scaled down version of the popular Ocho model, this shape keeps things real with performance dims but still retains good stability and wave catching traits at 8.2 x 29 x 4.25. This board is carbon but we beefed up the construction vs skimping to last many seasons of use and abuse. A great balance of good weight and great durability. Features lightweight EPS core, bamboo deck and PVC re-enforced fin boxes and hours of shredding. Like all BOGA’s the Ocho has dual leash plugs, GORE vent, Cliff Hanger Handle, FUTURE 5 fin box set up, GoPro and diamond EVA pad with integrated stop pad and arch bar.

The Carbon Innegra Hole Shot started out as a project to come up with the fastest board possible 11’ or under. Zack went into the shop and researched boat hulls and racing kayaks trying to deepen his understanding of what makes a craft glide effortlessly through water. This was the design challenge that gave birth to the 11’ Hole Shot. A shorter racing style board that offers a unique take on the classic 12’6 or 14’ race board. More nimble without sacrificing glide, the 11’ Hole Shot is a unique choice for training, playing in the waves, river racing or cruising. The Hole Shot has a piercing nose, into a displacement hull which transitions into a flat spot under foot for stability. Our pro riders use the Hole Shot as the fastest option for river racing, but the hole shot’s innovative hull makes it as efficient as most 12’6 race boards, making it a great choice for flat water cruising and the shorter length makes it a playful choice for surfing and playing in the waves.

The Corby’s wider nose and flatter rocker allows you to fly over the flat sections and lay it on the rail, when you would usually be looking for speed. A wide diamond tail gives you hold and forward tracking when paddling in the bigger surf, giving you release through your turns – allowing you to go bigger, faster and harder.

The overall speed during a race is influenced largely by the way the board gets on and over chop while maintaining a clean and long waterline. That’s why we put great focus on the rocker line and the nose area of the board. While the low rocker entry with a smooth curve throughout the board ensures a maximum speed waterline in marginal chop and flat water conditions, the nose area features high apex rails with a rounded bottom that just glides over any chop and skims across the water beautifully maintaining an uninterrupted and incredibly fast glide when conditions get rough. This combination results in a massive performance advantage and at the same time offers easy non self-steering paddling and forgiving re-adjustments when catching runners. Smooth surfing is the perfect description for this year’s AllWave range that comes in seven sizes – 7’11”, 8’3”, 8’5”, 8’11”, 9’1”, 9’5”, 9’10”. Available in two constructions Innegra Carbon PVC Sandwich & HRS. With exciting yet predictable attributes, 2015 sees three fresh new shapes, 7’11”, 8’3” & 8’5” being added to the range. The thinner board and lower volume of these three sizes are supported outstandingly by the shorter, wider compact outline making for a responsive and effortless ride. The versatile option: the board can be set up as a Quad or Thruster. Combined with a modified base and thinner rails, optimum grip and carving ability is ensured.
