Re: AT2 Flexi//How do you cut one down? 13 years 8 months ago #31625

:?: :?: :?: I have posted earlier with this question without a response, so forgive the intrusion..., but I have an AT Flexi that I unfortunately bought at 200 cm. How can I cut it down to 194 cm and put it back together so it will hold???

Thanks for any input!

You could cut it in the center, cut off the 6 cm, then put in a dowel and epoxy it back, but I'd say just try to sell it and get a new one. You might lose some money on it, but won't have to worry about it failing at some point. And considering most shafts are oval shaped, it'd be a pain to try to find a dowel that fits perfectly.
