No you cannot as this is not a rescue vest. Vests from Palm that are rescue PFD's are the Extrem, Amp, Rogue (designed specifically for women) and Axis. :) I always recommend that people buy a PFD with a chest harness for a variety of reasons. Just use that cow's tail safely... Check out the River Guide Vest from PeakUK too. Very nice.. ;)
