Dave Kwant sent us a review of the Eskimo Nano and Salto, the latest additions to the Eskimo range of playboats and creeking machines. As Dave is a member of their Pro-Team, the review is obviously biaised ;-) but he convinced us to publish it by adding loads of pics of the production version as well as 2 very sweet video clips of what Scotland has to offer in terms of playing and creeking. Enjoy!

Hi all

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I have recently purchased an Eskimo Salto off UKRGB.
The guy who had it before me, bought the shell in 2001 and put his own outfitting in the boat, but it doesn’t quite work for me.

It has a CFS seat and thigh braces and an IR lounge back band (which sits a little low)

I am after some advice in fitting my boat up, with out having to buy different outfitting over and over again.

I need ratchets in my boat!

Do you know of any outfitting that work, i.e. liquid logic, daggers latest, Drago Dossi etc, or do Eskimo do one with ratchets that fit.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you

Hey guys, I'm in need of some of some question answering. I need to know what size drainplug fits the Nano (2001 model). If you guys could tell me I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks fellas.

I think Eskimo went out of business in 2011. You may want to ask a local retailer, or probably the guys at kayakoutfitting.com/ should know...
