Oct 13 Social NZSUP FB Introducing Ollie Houghton. 18 year old Ollie has been racing in Sup from a young age and it wasn’t long before he started passing all the seasoned sup athletes in local events. Having not only proven himself nationally with winning the open men’s nz title in 2016 and always positioned in the top 3 New Zealand Sup athletes, Ollie has also proved himself on the world stage coming in a fraction second behind our champ Marcus for 9th place in the worlds last year at the ISA Worlds Champs in Denmark, this young gun has plenty of ammunition and with age on his side has a great future ahead of him in the sport. Ollie is currently living in Wellington attending Victoria University, trying to fit in training around study. You’ll see Ollie out on the Wellington Harbour when he’s not head down studying.
