Oct 18 Social Instagram Great to have paddled along side with Kenny Kaneko and Travis Grant at the SUP Kumano 2015. Congrats to Travis for winning 1st and Kenny taking in 2nd place. It was crazy condition out there today at the start and along the way when we were paddling out the coastline. Huge swell coming from different direction and I got washed out hard at the start when the beach break comes closing in straight down. I lost my Oakley glasses and roxy cap. Managed to get help from some volunteers at the beach to carry my board back up before getting a better condition without any beach break that is okay for me to paddle back. Thank God that I managed to get myself back up and catch up with the rest of the advance and elite class. We are blessed that there was no typhoon but typhoon swell at the beach break. So the finished line was changed to the other direction in order not to get a huge swell coming in. But after all, we managed to survive and finished the whole 15km race! Mission accomplished! #eastcoastpaddlerssingapore #stand_up_paddle #stoked #Kumano2015 #sjsmadventure #standuppaddle #standupmag #supmag #atashikabeach

Oct 9 Social Instagram Just another 9 more days to the Kumano SUP race! Super pumped up to be meeting the world champion Travis Grant as well as Japan's finest Kenny Kaneko! Pray for a smooth trip as the 10 of us will be competing in different race categories- 3km(Groms, Ruby), 8km( Loh & Andrew), 15km( Glenn, Mike, Tuan, Charlotte, Michelle & the Twins). Hopefully the typhoon will blow away to the other region instead of the Pacific Ocean. Hoping for good swell but not so high waves. Lastly, to have fun and enjoy the race! Oct 3 Social Instagram Arrived at my buddy's house on 10th street this afternoon. I hear there is a race at the pier this weekend. Only 500 meters away so might as well test the waters of California! #warmupforppg #gettingexperiencefornextyear #huntington #sup #paddle #sicmaui
