May 1 Social Instagram My body is broken. We kayaked about 4 miles or more today and it was our first time out on the lake. But it was beautiful and we found cool things and I can't wait until I have more upper body strength than an infant so that I won't be so broken after doing it. #kayaking #beechforklake #westvirginia #beautiful
