Oct 2 Social BruSurf FB BruSurf at Pacific Paddle Games 2016 Team rider John Gabriel getting 3rd place (18 - 29) in technical Start of the race was hectic with 118 paddlers taking off at once timing through the surf was critical John got off with a clean start a early glide and he was over the first wave and managed to break away from the carnage . 2 runs around the buoys and there was a pack of eight charging towards the beach - behind them in ninth place was BruSurf team rider chasing them down and putting good distance between him and the rest of the 109 contestants Well done John
