This is a rotation drill using a kayak erg and a band. The band will pull the paddler forward to maximise rotation of the shoulders and hips, will also providing resistance to activate the correct muscles for effective kayak technique. Can used as a rotation drill, addition to strength program or potentiation exercise before training or racing. Suitable for kayak or surf ski training
